To pay by check, money order, or purchase order please proceed as follows:

Step 1:
Complete the on-line registration and on the payment page indicate that you wish to pay by check, money order, or purchase order (rather than charging your tuition fee to your credit card on-line).
- Checks and money orders should be made payable to The Ohio State University

Step 2:
Submit the following information along with your check, money order, or purchase order:
- Your name, address and phone number
- Number of modules you are ordering
- Username you selected during registration
- E-mail address

Step 3:
Send the above information and payment to:

Note:
Your account will be activated upon receipt of your check, money order, or purchase order and you will be notified of your registration activation via the e-mail address you supplied in Step 2 above.
- Those submitting purchase orders will receive an invoice from the Office of Geriatrics and Gerontology at Ohio State. Once that invoice is paid, they will be notified of access to the modules within 5 days of receipt of the payment in the Office of Geriatrics and Gerontology. Invoices should be made out to:
